aiGUARD Systems Limited has filed UK patent application GB2607087.0 covering the Governance Execution Certificate (aiGEC™), a cryptographically verifiable, per-inference certificate generated as a structural output of a non-bypassable execution-control architecture. The application covers the architectural binding between certificate generation and execution permission, the hardware-protected key management facility, the authenticated internal interface, the four-parameter certified field set including accessibility compliance, and the fail-closed certificate-generation-blocks-delivery invariant. The application is on accelerated examination at UKIPO. PCT international filing is planned for March 2027.
aiGUARD™ UK trade mark application filed
aiGUARD Systems Limited has filed a UK trade mark application for the aiGUARD™ word mark at the UK Intellectual Property Office under reference UK00004354828. The application covers classes 35 and 42. International filing strategy under the Madrid Protocol is being prepared in parallel. Until UKIPO registration is confirmed, the aiGUARD™ mark is used on the basis of unregistered common-law rights, in line with our trade mark policy at the foot of every page.
IBM SoW1 signed: reference build partner for aiGUARD™
IBM has been confirmed as reference build partner for the aiGUARD™ (Thames Sentinel™) architecture under SoW1, signed February 2026. The reference build establishes the integration pattern for enterprise agentic AI deployments across regulated industries, integrating with IBM watsonx Orchestrate, and producing the audit artefacts required for EU AI Act Article 12 compliance. SoW2 production build is in scoping.
Thames Sentinel™ patent application filed at UKIPO (GB2603184.9)
aiGUARD Systems Limited has filed UK patent application GB2603184.9 covering the Thames Sentinel™ non-bypassable AI output execution-control architecture, the parent architecture underlying the aiGUARD™ product. The application covers the execution permission object as a machine-enforceable control artefact, the structural prevention of bypass by the response-generation component, and the runtime evaluation of governance parameters against confidence, consequence, and user state. The application is on accelerated examination at UKIPO. PCT international filing is planned for October 2026.
